Hi Folks, remember Sunday Rides moved to their winter start times of 10am and it is probably a wise move to start carrying lights 'just in case' on all your rides.

The Christmas festivities start at the end of the month on Saturday 26th November at 12.30pm
with the Annual Christmas Lunch at Wishaw Golf Club, Bulls Lane, Wishaw, B76 9QW.

The Christmas theme continues with a Chinese meal on Saturday 3rd December at 7:30pm

Also on the Christmas theme CTC Coventry are organising the Meriden Cyclists’ Carol Service
this will be held at Meriden Parish Church on Sunday 18th December at 1.00 pm.
The Village Hall will open about 11.00 am where mince pies and drinks will be available.
Brexit will not stop the annual exodus by UK cyclists to explore our neighbours and here are the current suggestions.
European Tour 2017
Mike Eades, Mick Noble and Paul Griffiths are planning to ride a tour in Europe next year and are inviting other club members to join them. The Tour will be two weeks in duration and will involve carrying your own luggage in panniers, Two possible routes are being considered, the first takes in the Loire, Mont St Michel and the Normandy Beaches and the second the Moselle Cycle Route and the Romantic Road in Germany. The final route and dates for the tour will be agreed in early December and Booking will commence in January. Dieppe Raid 2017
This weekend of cycling takes place in Dieppe on the weekend of 24th June 2017. The event is organised by Dieppe Cycling Club and offers a range of rides from 30km to 200km. For further information visit www.dieppetour.com
If sufficient club members are interested in this event Mike Eades has offered to act as event co-ordinator for the club.

If you have any long term planning suggestions for our “Centenary Year” please can you forwarded to me for inclusion onto THE list for assessment.
So far I've received a suggestion regarding a Land's End to John o' Groats tour via Sutton Park.
