A quick reminder to all members that the vote to decide whether our club should continue as a members group or reform as an independent club affiliated to the CTC will take place this Saturday, 30th April at the Richard Cooper Hall in Shenstone.
In order to ensure that all those who partake in the Saturday Rides have the opportunity to vote, rides on Saturday will start and finish at the Richard Cooper Hall. For this Saturday only all rides will start at 10.15am
The doors will be open and voting will commence at 9.30. All votes must be cast by 1pm when the count will take place.
Tea, Coffee, Bacon Rolls and Cakes will be available from 9.30 to 1.30 and proceeds raised from the refreshments will be split between the Breast Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Support charities, if anyone would like to donate a cake, this would be very welcome.
We are hoping that as many members as possible are able to participate in the vote and would encourage you to come down to vote and stay for a coffee and a chat, even if you are not planning to ride.
Please ensure that you bring your current CTC membership card or a form of ID (preferrably photo id) if unavailable as membership must be verified to ensure eligibility to vote.
Kind regards
Matt Hinkley
